How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Select MagicRestore and tap "Cancel Subscription".

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the MagicRestore app, go to the Settings or Paywall screen, and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.

My video has no sound after processing?

Make sure your device is not in Silent mode. If the issue persists, try processing the file again or contact us.
