- Photo Library Access: The App requests access to your photo library to select photos for restoration and to save restored photos.
- Account Information: We create an anonymous account identifier to associate your processed files and subscription status with your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers unless you choose to contact us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, such as features accessed, processing requests, and app performance data.
- Subscription Information: If you subscribe to our premium features, we receive confirmation of your subscription status from the payment processor. We do not have access to your payment card details.
2. AI Technology and Data Processing
2.1 How AI Processes Your Photos
Our App uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to restore, enhance, and upscale your photos. When you submit a photo for processing:
- Your photo is securely transmitted to our cloud servers for AI processing.
- The AI analyzes and processes your photo to restore quality, remove damage, enhance details, and improve resolution.
- The processed photo is returned to you and the original is deleted from our servers.
2.2 AI Training and Your Data
We want to be transparent about how your data is used:
- No Training on Your Photos: Your personal photos are NOT used to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
- Processing Only: Your photos are processed solely to provide the restoration service you requested.
- Anonymized Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated data about processing patterns to improve our service, but this data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your photos.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide AI-Powered Services: Process your photos using artificial intelligence to restore, enhance, colorize, and upscale image quality.

4. Data Processing and Storage
4.1 Cloud Processing
Your photos are uploaded to secure cloud servers for processing using AI-powered restoration technology. Processing is performed by third-party service providers who are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only as instructed.
4.2 Data Retention
- Original Files: Original uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
- Processed Files: Processed files are available for download for up to 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted from our cloud servers.
- Local Storage: Processed files downloaded to your device remain stored locally until you delete them through the App or your device settings.
- Account Data: Anonymous account identifiers and usage data are retained as long as you use the App or until you request deletion.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers to help us operate and improve the App:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: To host and process your files securely.
- AI Processing Services: To perform AI-powered restoration, enhancement, and upscaling on your photos. These providers process your data solely under our instructions and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Payment Processors: To manage subscription payments through the App Store. All payments are processed by Apple; we do not collect or store payment information.
- Analytics Services: To understand how the App is used and improve our services.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols
- Encryption of data at rest on our servers
